Partizan Belgrade
Partizan Belgrade comes into the ANGT Belgrade with a tough year of development for the club. The team lost to Radnicki in the qualifying for the Serbian U19 league and failed to qualify for the competition - meaning Partizan would be playing in a regional league. That resulted in the club parting ways with the youth coach as well as some players. The club said it was excited to give a head coaching opportunity to Bojan Simanic, who had been the assistant coach for many years. He also served the assistant coach for Serbia at the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018. Partizan missing the U19 Serbian also resulted in top talent Savo Drezgic deciding to leave for the United States and DME Academy in Florida in January. Excellent work pulling this all together. I’m interested to see how Neoklis Avdalas performs, he played really well at BWB Global this year.
